IMPORTANT UPDATE REGARDING COVID-19
Change of Office Schedule
At this time we have cancelled all regularly scheduled dental appointments through April 30, 2020. Emergencies for patients of record will be handled on an individual basis. Contact our office for emergency number.We currently cannot see you if you are ill, as CDC guidelines advise consult with your MD, and then referral to Emergency facility such as a hospital.
To ensure the safety our patients, communities and dental team members, we will be complying with the Illinois State Dental Society recommendation to follow measures that align with Gov. Pritzker’s mandates to limit the spread of COVID-19
· Treat only patients requiring emergency dental procedures. Call the office for emergency contact information.
· Postpone elective dental treatment and procedures.
· Preserve personal protective equipment (PPE) for emergency dental situations. This action will also preserve the limited supply of PPE, so it can be used for urgent and more complex medical care that will be needed in our healthcare system.
This means our OFFICE WILL BE CLOSED to patient’s March 17, 2020 through April 30, 2020. At this time, we do plan to be reopen to patients on April 6, 2020. Follow us on Facebook as this gets new posts several times per week, watch for email blasts and keep checking this website for up to date information.
Joanne and I plan to stop into office to check messages and return phone calls.You may also get a random phone call from us just to make sure you are doing okay. Currently we are not re-scheduling cancelled appointments until we have further information from the CDC and the Illinois State Dental Association.
Again, these procedures have been implemented because the health and safety of our patients, our dental team, and our community is of the utmost importance.
